Our School Nurse, Ms. Michelle Poljacik, would like to remind everyone that all seventh grade students are required by Vermont law to have completed the three-shot series of Hepatitis B vaccines, the two-shot series of Varicella vaccine or have had the actual Chicken Pox disease. Students also must have had the second MMR vaccine and the ten-year booster of Tdap by the seventh grade. All these vaccines or diseases need to be documented by the month, day and year in which they were received.
