Have you ever felt confused by your child’s homework or felt surprised that he or she used a different strategy to solve a math problem? Have you ever felt perplexed by a math term that was on your child’s homework? We are very pleased to announce that there are now Math Links listed on the Rutland Intermediate School website!

The three sites listed above are specifically related to the Everyday Math Program which is used in kindergarten through grade six. These websites include the Family Letter which is sent home in grades 1-6, just in case you misplace it. The sites also include a review of the algorithms that our students use as well as some fun games for students to play. In addition, there is a parent handbook that reviews the Everyday Mathematics program philosophy and routines as well as a glossary to help refresh your memory of some of the math vocabulary that our students use!

The sites listed below are excellent sites to visit if you and your child need a refresher on some math content! These sites are useful for middle and high school students as well:
