On January 8th, 2010, Howe Center Campus held their annual half-year graduation. Seniors who have fulfilled all the graduation requirements as of their first semester may opt to graduate early.   In recognition of these students’ hard-work and dedication (graduating early is no easy task), the  Rutland High School’s Alternative Education Program (AEP)  offers a small, intimate ceremony where family and friends celebrate our graduates’ accomplishments.  

As midyear graduates still receive their diploma in June, our ceremony not only acknowledges the graduates’ hard-work , but also recognizes those people who continually support our students.  During the ceremony, the graduates present planted ivies to the person they believe has supported them most in life and education.
