Dear Parents/Guardians,

We have been notified by the Vermont Department of Health that the Flu Vaccine Clinics that have been scheduled in our schools have been postponed, due to the lack of a sufficient supply of the vaccine.

The new dates, as of Wednesday, October 28 are:

• Northwest Primary School, Pierpoint, Howe Center November 9

• Northeast Primary School and SUCCESS November 17

• Rutland Intermediate and Middle Schools December 9

• Rutland High School and Stafford Technical Center December 8

The dates for the second vaccination that is required for the children under 9 years of age are:

• Northwest Primary School and Pierpoint December 15

• Northeast Primary School and SUCCESS December 17

• Rutland Intermediate School January 7

We will keep you informed of any further changes as/if they develop.

In the meantime, please be very sure that you have returned your child’s permission form if you have not already done so.
