The third annual “Soup Bowls for Hunger” fundraiser for the Community
Cupboard will be held on Thursday, 3/27/08 in the Rutland High School
cafeteria. A ticket costs $15 and includes a bowl of soup, roll, dessert,
drinks, entertainment and a handcrafted pottery bowl.

Many RHS and Stafford students and staff and community businesses
participate in this event. Tickets must be purchased ahead of time, and are
available at the RHS Athletic Office (Carolyn Babbitt), the Grace
Congregational Church Office (Krey Kellington), or Bill Herrington
(773-1928).

Soup bowls are made by community potters and by RHS students under the
supervision of Creative Structure teacher, Gretchen Gould. Local
restaurants and the Sheldon Academy will donate soup, bread and dessert.

All proceeds will be donated to the Community Cupboard.
