We  are now if our third year of ALERT NOW usage.   This year we implemented a new student information system that works directly with Alert Now. We hope that this has improved the accuracy of our student phone numbers.   We continue to look for ways to improve our communications with families and the community using technologies of this type.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

-Caller ID will display the main district phone number 773-1900
-You must say “hello” when you answer to activate the message delivery system
-It will leave a message on answering machine or voice mail box
-ALERTNOW does not call extensions, pagers, or systems answered by an auto attendant.
-You may not receive the message if you have a telemarketer zapper or privacy detector.
-Notification of the school of changes in phone numbers is critical.
