Susanne Engels serves as Director of the Success program. Since 1992, Susanne has been Psychologist for the Rutland City Schools. She has a Bachelors Degree in Education from University of Vermont, and a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from St. Michael’s College in Winooski, Vermont. She is currently enrolled in the Woodruff Program of Castleton State College, completing a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership. She resides in Rutland City with her husband and two children
